M: Isn't this supposed to be, like, a Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday thing?
N: Your readers are eager.
Okay, I get it. I'm popular. But the past couple weeks, I've also been busy. You don't care though, do you? Who cares if Erin has a term paper and a take-home final, you say to yourself. You just want jokes!
Well I'll tell ya one thing that ain't funny: a toddler with an ear infection and a low-grade fever. Ethan's sudden downward spiral yesterday afternoon forced me to reschedule his First Haircut (which I tweeted about). So no material there...no hairdresser-seat meltdowns, no adorable baby watching his goldilocks fall to the floor while his mother weeps in true Mommy Blogger Anguish. Just a sick baby who wants his mommy and a mommy who, although she wishes she could make him feel better, might be a little bit pleased that she's needed so desperately again.
So, what else? Um, the 'rents are headed to Chicago this afternoon because they sold their house! They'll be moving the last of their things out in sub-freezing temperatures! Which I think is pretty hysterical, and also the cause of my mom's recent attitude problems. ("If any packages arrive while we're gone, don't touch, jiggle or sniff!")
I've had weird dreams lately, which I'm attributing to both a change in one of my prescriptions and an excess of Battlestar Galactica. Go ahead, make fun. And while you're laughing, here's Jamie Bamber reprising his role as Captain Apollo.

I don't care what the plot is, and I've never watched Battlestar, but I LIKE HIM.
Lisa
You need say nothing more. Hotness, thy name is Jamie Bamber.
Hope the tot heals fast, and good luck on all the school stuff!
YUM :) Hope Ethan's feeling better soon - ear infections STINK for the whole family.
I just starred this post in my Google Reader so I can drool over Lee Adama whenever I want. Bless your soul for this post. :)
I will take one of those for xmaslol
Yay! You're back. What class are you taking? er.. did take? were taking?
Lisa—I would actually recommend the show for its plot as well.
Sal—Thanks, on all counts.
Jen—You're not kidding.
Anon—I live to please!
MrsOfficer—Would you like it matted and framed? (You meant the PHOTO right?)
Bethany—Modern Irish Literature. Although today the school is trying to tell me I haven't been enrolled since October. Strange, since I've been going to class this whole time...
Sorry to hear about your son's ear probs--those are never fun.
Battlestar Galatica? Laurette Spang played Cassiopeia in the 70s version. All my little guy friends had a serious crush on her.
ugh. bad school! i hope they fix that.
Ooh, that was a lovely yet unexpected surprise at the end of your post. Do do that again!
I don't get it. He has like no traps whatsoever.
I've been meaning to check out this show. Hmmmm...perhaps this is just the motivation I need to update the Netflix queue
Ok, ok. I guess he has decent shoulders.
