Lucky for me, our Thanksgiving potluck at work is exactly one hour after the Thanksgiving luncheon at Ethan's nursery school, on the same day.
Because thankful just isn't thankful without being stuffed to the gullet with overcooked fowl, various Campbell's soup-based casseroles, and 4.6 pounds of sugar mixed with a little flour and frosted.
